What if I can't make an upcoming payment?
If you find that you can't make an upcoming payment on your payment plan, contact our friendly Customer Support Specialists at support@brightpe.in. We will do our best to find a solution that keeps you on track.
If you have already missed your scheduled payment, call our Payment Planning Team at support@brightpe.in. Our payment planning specialists are committed to getting you back on track by helping you set up a payment arrangement that fits your budget.
Missed payments may accrue late fees. Please refer to the promissory note emailed to you when you accepted your brightpe loan for more information.
